20,001 to 50,000 gallons @ $2.00 per 1000 gallons
50,000 gallons and above @ $3.00 per 1000 gallons
Meters will be read twice per year (June and December)
Unpaid water bills are a lien on Real Estate
Service Charge of 14% will be charged to all unpaid balances over 30 days and $20.00 will be charged for returned checks.
